Correct patient level flag of profile in genie db

This profile SHOULD be patient level in genie database. It is sample right now.

It's the 'Distant Mets' generic assay of study 'GENIE BPC NSCLC v2.0-public'. In the description it is patient level and the equivalent clinical attribute of it is also patient level. Thank you!

Update:
The original meta file does not have 'patient_level' info and the data file is also constructed with sample identifier on top, not patient identifier as it should be.
@sheridancbio and data curation team have it fixed and re-imported so all good now. I'll update the cbio doc to prevent this in the future and then close this issue.
