Description: Quasi periodic patterns (QPPs) were discovered by Dr. Shella keilholz group and are studied to understand the neural basis of functional connectivity in intrinsic brain functionality. This project will code its algorithm in Python. The project will also look at the contribution of QPPs by finding the functional connectivity before and after the regression of these patterns. Mainly, QPP code already available in MATLAB by Dr. Keilhoz’s group will be converted to Python.
