I want to run a moebius server to collaborate on my bbs art, but there is no way to change the file being worked on other than restarting the server with the --file argument changed. Is there some way to make it work that I'm not seeing?
Otherwise, would it be hard to implement, either from the Open dialog, or as a command of sorts from the chat?

In my experience with this you have the server.ans file in your Moebius folder. If you were working on something new with some friends, I would simply make a backup file of the original server.ans file, rename it, and make a new server.ans file.
Save a local copy whenever you're finished with your collaboration and if you want to begin with a blank canvas again, just make a new server.ans file. It appears that having the filename as server.ans is required.
I've used different filenames in the past and it has not worked well. For example, this happened to me recently. I had a different filename and when I started the server, no one could see it.
I tried to use the "open in current window" function while on the server and that opened the file up, but again, no one could see it. Simply put, just backup and change the name of your server.ans file and start a new one.
