When I use limit, it limits, but not all of the time. #158

I use the command "limit 00:00:00:00:00:00 400kbit" for example.
It limits, but when you close down, the application turns to the original speed up/down
I know that will not continue to be effective if the system is rebooted.

but there is any way to make it continue even if the script is stopped or terminated??!
