Permission issue after install ballerina 2201.8.0

Description:

Run sudo bal dist update command.

OS: ubuntu

bal -v
Ballerina 2201.8.0 (Swan Lake Update 8)
Language specification 2023R1
Update Tool 1.4.0

But when im executing bal build im getting following error:

error: error occurred while running testsjava.io.IOException: Cannot run program "/usr/lib/ballerina/bin/../distributions/ballerina-2201.8.0/../../dependencies/jdk-17.0.7+7-jre/bin/java": error=13, Permission denied
