input-number输入框设置好min=10的范围之后，输入低于min的值4使用回车键，多次操作后，会设置成功小于min范围值 #3347

使用回车键默认会修改value为范围内的值，比如范围在1-10 输入0.1一次回车，自动改成1 ，然后在改成0.1再回车，几次之后值就不会恢复成为1了

bug影响很大，会导致本来应该在范围内的值可能超过范围，这会对很多的表单产品数据的影响
