🐛 Bug

Vineeth has noted that checks such as

            self.check_language_version(&loc, "access specifier negation", LanguageVersion::V2_0)

in third_party/move/move-model/src/builder/exp_builder.rs may want to use a later language version.

I don't have time to contemplate that right now.
