Good first issue for new developers

I think that in this issue, #2986 can break up a few simple issue to provide new developers to pick, and split has the following some rules
① Each person can only pick one
② It is not recommended for current streampark experienced developers to pick, I think these issues are not meaningful for developers who have been participating in streampark for a long time
③ These issues do not affect the main process development
We can provide a confidential level tutorial, or issue a tutorial, this can be for reference: apache/opendal#3240
