Make static site for the list #37

In issue #36, @jhnsntmthy suggested making a static website for this list. We can discuss that here.

I would like it if it used Jekyll without any plugins so that we can just push to GitHub without build it host it on GitHub Pages.

If you would like to use Jekyll plugins, I would be happy to host it on Aerobatic for you. We could use any of the free CI services to build the site.

I'd rather not use plugins. And I can't think of any reason why we would need one. Thanks though.
