To make any of the available PCBs here run as intended is needed to download into it a binary program. Anyone can use the PCB available on this repository above to fabricate a USB to UART MCU program downloader. Compatible with Arduino Studio, VS Code, and Visual Studio programming IDEs (among many others).
This repo contains the KiCad files for the AeonLabs Home Automation Smart Coffee MAchine Addon. This PCB adds WiFi and BLE capabilities to any home or office coffee machine. Is able to control the water boiler temperature; remotely order a cup of coffee (with the possibility to control of the quantity of coffee in the cup); grind coffee beans. Don't forget to check out some cool photos of assembly on a Philips Senseo Coffee Machine here
This smart device is able to do active monitoring of fresh concrete at any construction site to determine accurately the concrete strength by the hour. This gives an advantage to a construction site team, as is able to accurately know the exact day the concrete structural element can have formworks removed and this saves time and money. Currently, there are commercial solutions for this smart device, for instance, Maturix smart solution and also Giatech's smart solution. Both Cloud-based. The one available here on GitHub can be customized to function without the need for a cloud server, and instead provide the information on the smart device display only. It can also be configured to do measurements upload to a local server located inside the construction site.
This Smart Indoor plant monitoring and watering is designed to be inserted into any indoor plant vase. Is able to measure and calculate the moisture content in the vase, and when detects low water contents, activates the water pump. Is able to connect to a local home server to upload indoor temperature, humidity, and air quality measurement data. This way, the owner, can have a history record database, without the need for expensive cloud subscriptions. Additionally, it features a 6 LED system composed of an ultraviolet LED, an Infrared LED and an RGB LED, when combined with multiple devices like this one in the same room is able to perform some basic light aggression protection from an unknown light source outside during the night & day.
This Sci. research presents an innovative method for experimental data acquisition and management of collected data in real-time and is compatible with any open environment. The proposed smart DAQ device prototype has the minimum hardware characteristics to handle data measurements collected from sensors locally connected to it, store it on a local CSV or SQLite database file, and finally connect and synchronize data measurements collected with a data repository hosted remotely on a Dataverse.
These Smart DAQ devices are of type "Internet of Everything" (IoE) Smart Devices and are able to connect with each other using swarm intelligence. The main purpose is to increase data integrity and trustworthiness among DAQ devices connected and on all experimental data collected during an experiment or research project.
This smart PCB is a direct replacement of the one that is installed on all InnoTech Weight Scales. Features a color LCD and you can connect to your home automation without the need for third-party cloud storage. This way your health data never leaves your home.
🟢 Fully tested and working
A green circle means the hardware electronics or the programming code was fully tested, each of its functionalities and capabilities. And it can be installed in a vehicle. Keep in mind this does not mean errors won't happen. As in everything related to electronics and software, there are revisions and updates. This open hardware is no different.
💯 Fully tested & working, no improvements necessary - already being sold online
🆓 Fully Open hardware \ source code
🤪 There's better than this. don't use it
🔐 Fully closed hardware \ source code
⚡️ fully tested and working, however, it is a dangerous solution to deploy
🟡 Not tested. Working capability is unknown, it may work or not.
A yellow circle means the hardware electronics or the programming code was not fully tested, each of its functionalities and capabilities. This does not mean it not working, it simply means testing is needed before giving a green circle of approval.
🔴 Fully tested but not working.
A red circle means the hardware electronics or the programming code was fully tested, and found some kind of critical error or fault. This means the electronics or firmware code cannot be used in a vehicle.
⌛ Not started.
The hourglass means the hardware electronics or the programming hasn't started. Most likely because is waiting for the necessary test components needed for reverse engineering and also engineering of the new open solution.
