add option to skip splitting 3d geometry

It breaks models where all part are supposed to be interlocked and printed as one block

e.g. a checkbox before downloading the stl file: "export as single geometry"

As a side note: Maybe we should split the geometry internally, remove artifacts and then merge them again. Otherwis we should add the hint "(might cause artifacts)" to the checkbox caption.
