无法提取滚动字幕的内容
比如视频内前后滚动字幕为：“不好意思” “前面说的没听清”；识别到的字幕会是第一帧可以识别到字的文本（比如结果为”不“，或者”不好“，取决于滚动的速度）。多数情况会合并许多之后的字幕信息。
也许可以将识别到字幕信息的连续的帧，取最后一帧的文本作为字幕输出来解决(？)
相同的两条字幕，只要中间没有新的不同文本的字幕隔断，不论多远都会合并为一帧。
也许作者是想防止一条字幕中间又一帧未识别到信息，导致字幕被隔断。但输出的字幕在使用时，瞬间的断帧不会影响观感，也许可以将一条字幕的识别依靠有文本的连续的帧id来输出srt文件
