As discussed, please try to accommodate this note in the L3 SOP: "Determining how often scheduling logic will be applied in a digital system to identify clients who have missed a planned or expected health service (e.g., follow-up visit, second vaccination dose) is an implementation decision that needs to be determined by countries".
Another version of this note is "- The configuration of the frequency at which the scheduling logic runs in a digital system (e.g. running a scheduling logic daily/every 2 days/weekly/at every visit, etc. to identify the clients that missed expected/planned services) represents an implementation decision".
