Describe the bug
Fail to run interactive Python script with Jupyter Notebooks connecting to an ssh server.

"Failed to start the Kernel '.venv (Python 3.8.10)'. 
View Jupyter <a href='command:jupyter.viewOutput'>log</a> for further details. fetch is not defined"

OS: Linux Mint 21.3 and windows 11
Architecture: x64
Version: 1.95.2
App Manager: apt
Sandboxed: No]
