[Discord] Discord Bot channel additions, removal not working #700

Steps to repro:

add/remove channels from agent wrangler.toml

agent still joins he previously mentioned rooms and does not join new specified rooms

There's a mismatch possibility between the Discord component channels props and wrangler toml props if a user manually changes the channels.

Would need some sort of sync mechanism, if in case agent's discord details need to be fetched later
