general weirdness with combined conduits?

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

rover sent me on that one,

i placed a me conduit next to an already existing me conduit line and it did that

it seems that placing me conduits inside already existing power conduits or the opposite causes general issues when making new contacts at placement time.
i also got crashes from it in the past https://discord.com/channels/914926812948234260/1295835279285813388/1295835279285813388, but the same crash happened to deepa without making a contact on placement.

From what I've heard and seen in the Monifactory discord server, this looks like an issue with Effortless Building
