From-Python conversion and To-Python conversion seems to be working, but test overage is extremely limited. Tests will be easier to write once we can start to wrap types, though.
Still need to add exceptions to throw when type conversion fails. We should throw a subclass of the usual Python exceptions thrown in argument parsing (multiple inheritance from bp3 exception base), so users can catch that specifically if desired. We can use a completely custom exception when we fail to convert C++ to Python.
Plan for C++ parsing: use libclang, but add our own Python bindings generated using bp3 (will serve as a test case for bp3 features).
Plan for docs: use Sphinx + libclang bindings to autogenerate from C++ reStructured text comments.
Should have a way of distinguishing between headers needed to build against bp3 and headers needed only to build bp3
consider changing naming conventions for builtin wrappers
make sure Module::import is a no-op if repeated
