Check procedure documentation comments

It'd be nice to have a rule which checks the documentation comment of a procedure matches the actual procedure syntax.
Afaik currently there is only an AL rule to check the xml syntax is valid.

While still under development the procedure syntax may change frequently with new features / refactoring, and if a documentation comment already exists it can be overlooked to change as well.

Example:

/// Does some stuff.
/// </summary>
/// <param name="Input">The input text.</param> // <- This parameter name has changed
/// <param name="Qty">The quantity value.</param> // <- same here
/// <param name="ShowMessage">Specifies if a message should be shown.</param> // <- This parameter was removed
