could not get app switch function

hi, thanks for your work, on my HTC u11, nougat 7.1, there is no app switch , just menu, but menu is app's pop menu , not my phone

when I detect button , left is back, center is 9003 and right is app switch
and when go into additions, there's no app switch to select for specific button definition.
