Describe your issue

Tools with the haste modifier also count towards the armor haste buff. This makes haste on tools much more powerful than intended. For example a full rose gold pickaxe with haste 5 is supposed to have a 30.8 mining speed, however it is able to insta mine stone with the extra 50% mining speed due to the bug,
