Not clear which fields are mandatory

When you create a new location and you do not populate al the mandatory fields then you get an error/notification "Please fill in all the mandatory fields."

However, there is no indication which fields are mandatory ( besides using common sense ). Not before you hit "save" but also not after you try to save when the warning message is displayed.

1. Go to https://tenant/location/create
2. Create a new location without populating the city
3. Hit "Save"

Addition:

when edit a existing location, delete the city and then try to save it, then it does show which fields are required.
