Is this a bug? "Your local changes to the following files would be overwritten by merge" #4593

I have this occurring every time I want to update:

C:\Users\bugma\scoop>scoop update --all
Updating Scoop...
Updating 'extras' bucket...
error: Your local changes to the following files would be overwritten by merge:
        scripts/everything/install-context.reg
        scripts/everything/uninstall-context.reg
Please commit your changes or stash them before you merge.
Aborting
Updating 'main' bucket...
Updating 'nirsoft' bucket...
Updating 'nonportable' bucket...
Updating 'php' bucket...
Scoop was updated successfully!

I don't understand what this particular bit is about:

error: Your local changes to the following files would be overwritten by merge:
        scripts/everything/install-context.reg
        scripts/everything/uninstall-context.reg

Is it a bug I need to report or something else? I haven't made any changes to the items listed
