As per their documentation, Connekio SMS Provider expects the phone number to be in international format; to start with 2 in our case.
Currently, if a phone number is sent as is; (eg. 01017******), the SMS fails to get sent, however, if this number is adjusted to start with 2, (eg. 201017******) it works as expected.
The point is, this is not mentioned in the README of this package, so users will normally send the phone number as is, and will be confused about the reason of failure.
