I don't know how to set up a decoder to play WMV files.

My friend passed me a wmv file, but when I played it using mpc, only sound and no image were present. At first, I thought there was a problem with the wmv file itself, but he told me that it could be played using both potplayer and vlc. I checked the file information using mediainfo and found that the video part was encoded using hvc1. I am not sure if this is the reason why mpc cannot be played. I am not sure how to set the relevant decoder on mpc to play this file properly. I tried many options, such as checking the "wmv" related option in the filter, but the best result was that only the first frame of the video could be played and kept showing.
