• improvements to rotational_minctracc.py: multiple seeds are determined in the input files which are used for a translational alignment. The best 3 (by default) based on their cross correlation are chosen to perform the rotational part of the alignment on.

SciNet - tagtoxfm addition

This release is created just to have tagtoxfm installed through the minc-stuffs repository. That way we don't have to install the minc-toolkit's visual packages on SciNet (which is complicated, because OpenGL/glut is not available).
