- improvements to rotational_minctracc.py: multiple seeds are determined in the input files which are used for a translational alignment. The best 3 (by default) based on their cross correlation are chosen to perform the rotational part of the alignment on.

- the simplex parameter is opened up in rotational_minctracc. By default this is set to 20 (mm) which is good for human brains, but not for mouse brain data. Set it to 1 for instance when working with the latter
- added the option -flip-images to ray_trace_crosshair in case you're working with a version of the MINC tools that flips images (ray_trace)

This release is created just to have tagtoxfm installed through the minc-stuffs repository. That way we don't have to install the minc-toolkit's visual packages on SciNet (which is complicated, because OpenGL/glut is not available).
