Referenced Link to download this YOLO sample file does not work

This page would be great, just what I was looking for, but the referenced link to download this YOLO sample file does not work. It shows a 404 error ... The 'microsoft/DirectML' repository doesn't contain the 'TensorFlow/yolov3' path in 'master'.
