Incomplete guide, lacks View (XAML) and has placeholders

This site needs a few more explanations so people can understand what it actually is they're copypasting, but more importantly it needs the XAML part of the frontend the guide is talking about, since the C# code references and uses that.

Also in the beginning the point about minimum required versions has paceholders for the versions and the link:

To use Windows ML APIs you must use X, or you can choose the NuGet package to support down to X. If you chose to use the NuGet package, follow these instructions [link].
