Previously we discussed maybe having some sort of status message at the top of all pages, perhaps empty most of the time but with something about jobs in the queue or jobs running when applicable. It would serve as a reminder that things are on-going even when the user isn't on a screen that actually shows the scheduled/running/completed icons for the tests in question.

Or maybe it would just be a status icon next to the user icon (upper right) which indicates that something is being waited on (or disappears when nothing is being waited on). If the user clicked on it, it would go to the scores page and show all tests currently scheduled but not finished, or also those finished in the current session (by just filtering out everything else).
