**** tabulation_sheet_print_view endpoint may have issue have to checkout the original

1. i need to work on tabulation sheet bulk and export tabulation sheet etc --- i think export doesn't work and bulk never really loaded so i didn't cloned it

2. http://127.0.0.1:8000/portal/admin/invoice the export eg pdf, print

3. the noticeboard tinycms not working fine --- so i removed it 
   it said not found http://127.0.0.1:8000/static/portal/resources/tinymce/themes/modern/theme.min.js

4. student marksheet chart not showing --- but the data for it is from the cloned templated i didn't add it dynamically
