Add Support for Arduino MBED OS RP2040

Hi There.

I love this library and have used it many times in the past.
With the RP2040 processor now having Arduino support added with the MBED OS Core, would it be possible to have support added for the RP2040 with this core?

The only gamepad/joystick library for the RP2040 within Arduino is this one and it is lacking some of the better features of this library
