Region selection, drawing on the map

There is a constant that maps the gesture detector position on the screen with the drawing on the map, this constant depends on the size the tablet screen.
I need to find a way to make it dynamic.
The constant used in the following video works fine on a different tablet ratio, but shifted on this tablet
