There's the field of TTL and Limit in Consent Artifact Structure however it seems to be not working as expected. Need to debug and check

Tested with a new Consent Artifact 2 times and can confirm it's working. Here I've created a new CA with TTL of 10 seconds and limit of 5 requests. It is evident from the video that it throws 429, Rate limit exceeded on the 6th request
