Adding an additonal (optional) tooltip-text and allow Components be used in labels for selectOptions

Currently it is possible to use Components for the label that will render find inside the select options itself.
But the tooltip shows [Object object] then. It would be good to have another prob to set the text that should be shown inside it (or as an accessor Fn).

For example I we have some badges in our table that we can filter by. We want to also have the badges direclty inside the select and the filters. This works but the tooltip is broken.
