change ordering according to palette, and add to catalogue

Follow up on the comment in #140:

• adds the schemes to the catalogue page
• revised spelling (capitalized)
• updated the conversion script so it outputs RGB{N0f8}, and with the same ordering as https://catppuccin.com/palette instead of sortcolorscheme

(vscode auto-removed some tailing blanks)
