Every time a new binary is released the endpoint: https://dockermachinedriver.obs.eu-de.otc.t-systems.com/docker-machine-driver-otc changes, changing its resulting checksum hash. This introduces problems in related projects (i.e. rancher/rancher#19223).

To solve this problem, I suggest you to publish all versions with a unique url in addition to the current "latest only" URL.
