如题 爬取Apple, Google 应用商店是否违法，类似于7麦数据

主要看怎么使用数据，如果是给苹果造成流量损失，用户流失，或者是用于商业盈利，苹果只要举证，认为是其核心商业数据，就算属于《反不正当竞争法》中，不正当竞争行为，违法单位是要赔偿的，而爬取的工程师应该承担连带责任，属于非法获取计算机系统数据罪，根据情节轻重不同来判处拘役，严重的3-5年，并处罚金
