Unable to obtain the API seller account !

Hello,

I'm trying to use your API since more than 3 weeks. I sent 3 e-mails to [email protected], I tried to send email to the support team from my seller account twice... And absolutely no answer !

What's the point to publish an API if nobody can use it because we cannot obtain account information in order to connect ?
Moreover, you give a link for your documentation (https://marketplace.ws.fd-recette.net/docs/api/2.6/index.html) which is not public neither : nobody can access it without login/password...
