NOTE: This is only for the Type portion of the UI - NOT the - button, the Type title, the Clear Filters, or the Apply Button

ALSO NOTE: This does not include the functionality of actually searching by Type

Buttons with the corresponding types of Institutions/Stakeholders appear
Tapping the Buttons makes them active, tapping a button again makes it inactive
Multiple buttons can be selected
Localized

@OnyekachiSamuel , I think you've already worked on this and it's available in the codebase, if yes, close the issue
