Create/Update Fog Install Requirements/ Supported systems

The requirements section of the install https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Installation#Requirements could be updated and reformatted in https://docs.fogproject.org/en/latest/installation/requirements.html as the bullet points aren't bullets. This section should also be higher up in this section

There are some other pages for install on various OS's that include partition table recommendations.
These could be simplified as they're fairly universal and put in as part of the requirements.

I think that this section should also contain general information on supported systems/OS's

Once this is done we should link to the new requirements page from the wiki section
