🐛 Search stopped working in C-PAC docs

Describe the bug

Instead of search results, the search box returns nothing, and we get

doctools.js?v=d248f5b3:15 Uncaught ReferenceError: _ is not defined
    at doctools.js?v=d248f5b3:15:1
sphinx_highlight.js?v=4825356b:143 Uncaught ReferenceError: _ready is not defined
    at sphinx_highlight.js?v=4825356b:143:1
searchtools.js:485 Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined
    at searchtools.js:485:1

in the console

To reproduce

1. go to https://fcp-indi.github.io/docs/latest/
2. type something that exists in the docs in the search box
3. press enter

👎 search stopped working again at some point since May
