Proposed feature

You can use pipelines that import from others in the GUI, but you'll only have tabs for the keys in the new config, and it won't show the imported values. We should be able to import the values in the GUI like how C-PAC does: https://github.com/FCP-INDI/C-PAC/blob/0926b451dd8622b25eb68c7bcc770f0156238b23/CPAC/utils/configuration.py#L90-L104

Additional context

Another feature could be to choose whether to download a full or minimal config from the GUI.
