What we have to do is find for all icons that we want to replace the best match EOS equivalent (or none, if there is not a good fit). This does not need any coding experience! Simply go to the VSCode icon listing, pick an icon, find the best match in the eos icon set and post the identifier and the name of the EOS icon here. Or you can submit a PR and add it to this list:
Currently this extension only replaces a very small set of the icons that can be modified inside vscode. The full list of replaceable icons can be found here: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/references/icons-in-labels#icon-listing
