I am having possibly a similar in windows 7 64-bit, and Windows XP professional - 32bit.
On both systems after installing the dependent program jre1.5.0_16, and resolving the lack of
jre1.5.0.
After resolving this issue, upon executing SketchChair.exe nothing happens.
When executing SketchChair.jar from the command prompt I receive the following from windows 7 - 64bit;
