Login issue

I can't log in, either with the superadmin user, admin or employee.

url : login/Login_Auth

404 Page Not Fount

i try to back settings in the "$config['index_page'] = ''; to default [fill with 'index.php'] it's working fine, except the url that's not contain 'index.php', so i type manually "index.php/" in url.

I prefer url without index.php, so I wish there is a solution to fix this.

I try to replace .htaccess setting as same as user guide, but still not working.

htacces is a crap from apache2 windoser webserver, there's a way to do this with the frmaework uri helper,
