Expand layouts to define their own snapshots (sensors.xml) #16

Right now there is a single "global" sensors.xml that defines the snapshot that all layouts will use.

This means if the data you want isn't in the sensors.xml, it's not available for your layout, and vice versa, if you don't use a particular bit of data, it's collected regardless
