missing "description" creating security group rule #1290

Hi,
I would like to create security group rule with description, but found no implement in SecurityGroupRule http://openstack4j.com/javadoc/org/openstack4j/model/network/SecurityGroupRule.html, where openstack https://docs.openstack.org/python-openstackclient/pike/cli/command-objects/security-group-rule.html do have this option. Am I missing something?
