I want a Web version only release that i can just host on localhost and it's done, "By the way you still need extension"

in the web version release there is nothing,no readme nothing just the necessary dependencies used to run the website and nothing, because the "index.html" in source code don't work

What web server software are you using? You'd have to download the assets from https://github.com/ChrisEric1/assets and the 404.html is the main part of the website, if a request doesn't exist, it 404's to this html. The extension might not be needed if you type "localhost" in your browser, IIRC, but if you try to publish it elsewhere, discord.com will enable CORS. Have you tried doing "http://localhost/404.html" also?
