Create a basic website / blog for this repository

1. must include header footer
2. only the homepage for 1st version

3) should be inspired by hacktoberfest.com website
4) Creativity will be appreciated

Basically, I want a website to attract beginners to Open source and let them start from repo as it will teach them the basics of git, git clone, fork, good first, PR MR, issues, conflicts, etc in the form of blogs/ images etc

as this will be the First version not much will be expected!

I will host the website ASAP on GitHub pages.
Ideas/ suggestions are welcome 😊😊❤🤝🤝

issues may be big or too small.
example just like adding appropriate links etc.
