Problem with CreateExternalOrder

Hi,when I use the samples/Fulfilment/GetExternalOrderStatus.php file to get the order status, it always returns 'La commande externe YHCD20191009132062265768 n'a pas été trouv', the account parameters are no problem, I can get the data using GetFulfilmentSupplyOrder.php, The order number is real in the prod environment. I use __soapCall under php's SoapClient class to get the data normally. I don't know where the problem is.
