@Richienb As the process of TC39, stage 1 only require clear motivation and use cases, no need to figure out all the design details. Other requirements is, the proposal must have a champion from TC39 member companies or organizations.

I'm not sure about your plan, if u want to present the proposal to the committee, the next meeting is Feb 6, and only 9 days before deadline.
